The Dizzy Daisies Story

The Dizzy Daisies Story…

Dizzy Daisies started life as a tiny little part-time cottage printing business over 20 years ago. We started out having stands at the V Festival, the Clothes Show, Bug Jams and Santa Pod, and we exhibited at The London Edge – in fact, most weekends would see us at one show or another! Around the same time, Sarah was introduced to Vipassana meditation, silent retreats, and a wonderful exploration of mindfulness, Thich Nhat Hanh, Eckhart Tolle, and the beautiful Sharpham Trust and their fabulous Barn Retreat and secluded Kuti.

Fast forward 10 years and Sarah started working for the Ministry of Justice (mid-life mortgage to pay!) as well as continuing with Dizzy Daisies on a part-time basis. The last 4 years of Sarah’s time at the MoJ were spent as a court manager, and in September 2018 decided life was far too short for all the stress involved. With immanent court closures looming she was given the impetus she needed to escape once more into the lovely world of meditation, mindfulness, and the  general loveliness of Dizzy Daisies. She did a fab little web design course (thank you to the gorgeous Naomi Gilmour for her fabulous talents!) and here we have the result ; our lovely new website 🙂

We do hope you enjoy the collection of slightly quirky printed goodies – if you’d like anything specifically printed, then please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Check out our gorgeous sister-website at www.tranquilsoulclothing.co.uk  a wonderful collection of meditation and mindfulness inspired clothing. Aimed at us middle aged (possibly menopausal ladies!) who like a bag of choccies and a glass of wine, but also like to think we can still do a bit of exercise but tight and clingy just won’t do. No, it won’t do at all! Loose and flowing is the way forward!
